Terms & Conditions

By creating a BINAXONE account, installing any BINAXONE plugin, or using any BINAXONE service, you agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.

In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean Bina Cloudtech Sdn Bhd, and “you” means the individual using the software — and, where you use it for an employer or client, that organisation too.

One BINAXONE ID gives access to every plugin you are entitled to use. Plugins install per user and need no administrator rights.

Accounts are for one named individual. Do not share logins — team access uses the Teams plan, not shared credentials. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration details, keep them current, and be at least 18 years old.

If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us immediately using the contact in section 14.

All prices are in USD and include SST.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing saves approximately 17%. Payments are processed by Billplz; we do not store full card numbers.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Failed payment may downgrade you to the Free plan or suspend access.

Usage is metered as credits. Your allowance resets each billing period and unused credits do not roll over. Current usage is shown in the plugin and on the Usage page.

Plan details on the pricing page form part of these Terms. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers; a change applies from the next billing period. If you do not accept it, cancel before it takes effect.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

On cancellation or downgrade, unused credits are lost and the account reverts to the Free plan's limits.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Statutory rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law are unaffected.

You must not: use the software unlawfully; share, resell, or sublicense your account; reverse engineer or extract source code except where the law permits; circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or authentication; attack, overload, or probe our systems; upload content you have no right to process or that contains malware; or use the service to build or train a competing product.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take the steps in section 10.

Your models and project data remain yours. We claim no ownership of them, and we do not use them to train AI models.

You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service you requested — to transmit, process, and temporarily store your instructions and the relevant model data so a request can be fulfilled.

You are responsible for having the right to process any data you put through the service, including client and third-party data, and for any confidentiality obligations you owe to others.

The software, its interfaces, documentation, and underlying models and tooling belong to Bina Cloudtech Sdn Bhd and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it while your account is in good standing.

Output produced from your inputs — generated walls, schedules, reports in your model — is yours to use, subject to these Terms. You may not remove proprietary notices.

We may use feedback you send us to improve the product, with no obligation to compensate you.

Supported Revit versions are 2023–2027. Plugins update automatically, which may add, change, or withdraw features.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, outages, and third-party failures may occur.

We may discontinue a product or feature; where a paid feature is withdrawn materially, we will give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata credit or refund.

Support is provided at the level of your plan: community (Free), email (Plus), and priority (Power and Pro Max).

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if payment fails or is reversed, or where required by law. Where practical we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem; for serious breaches we may act immediately.

You may terminate at any time by cancelling and uninstalling the plugins.

Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, and 12 survive termination.

In short: we cannot guarantee the software is faultless, and you should verify anything you rely on.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, the software and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, that AI output will be correct or complete, or that compliance checks will identify every issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nor are we liable for losses arising from your reliance on AI output you did not verify, from design errors, or from rejection of a submission by any authority.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email and/or in the plugin at least 14 days before it takes effect, and update the “Last updated” date above.

Continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not, cancel your subscription and stop using the software.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
